We have for many years offered a comprehensive package for persons working under contract in the service sector using their own limited company.  In particular computer contractors.

Initial advice will be given with regard to information and records to be kept by the company itself.

We will arrange registration and operate a PAYE system for the principal director and up to one other employee, including calculation of wages and provision of detailed wage slips and HMRC payment advices. We will also deal with the annual PAYE return to the Revenue.

We deal with the initial application for VAT registration and subsequently prepare, on behalf of the company, it's quarterly value added tax returns.

Whilst preparing the quarterly VAT returns we will keep the statutory records required by the Companies Acts. 

We will provide quarterly accounts as required and annual accounts in the format required by the Act to support payment of dividends.

We will assist in determining IR35 status and provide advice as required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Whilst preparing annual accounts we will prepare corporation tax computations.

We endeavour to be proactive in the matters of tax planning and financial advice but will not pressure clients to start pensions or other investment plans.
